The guided setup page is the current source of truth. It saves a checklist on this device and distinguishes Twitch placements from optional OBS alerts.
What you’ll set up
- Connect to baseLINE with your Twitch account. Wallet features use Privy; using Twitch Bits does not require viewers to connect a crypto wallet.
- Install baseLINE from Twitch’s Extension Dashboard and activate one or more Twitch placements: Panel, Component, or Twitch Video Overlay.
- Open baseLINE’s authorized Configure page inside Twitch to choose the available Bits experiences and visual style for your channel.
- Optionally copy your own channel-specific OBS Browser Source link from that Configure page. The OBS source is separate from Twitch’s Video Overlay placement.
Keep your stream visible
The baseLINE OBS Browser Source has a transparent page canvas and does not cover the scene while idle. In OBS, match the source size to your canvas and move it above Game Capture in the Sources list so an alert can appear in front. Only the alert card is visible while an eligible alert is active.
Use only the channel-specific link shown to you in Twitch’s authorized baseLINE Configure page. It identifies a channel’s alert stream; it is not a wallet key or broadcaster sign-in. Do not reuse another channel’s URL or treat it as a signing credential. Do not send a real payment just to test layer order.
